Technician Credentials and Qualifications

The following are the technical staff employed by Valetek. All our technicians are well educated, well spoken and highly trained. All field technicians are trained in external courses and certified through exams in the field of their work where such exams exist. They are also Health and Safety aware. It can take a year or more to train an employee in carpet and upholstery cleaning to be competent enough to work on their own in most circumstances. (Non-examination courses and seminars are often repeated to keep abreast of advances in processes and procedures and to benefit from new perspectives.)

Valetek only employs full time or part-time employees. If used, sub-contractors must be members of the NCCA with the same qualifications and insurance credentials as we do. No casual workers are employed. Also, no technician is permitted to attend a site unsupervised unless he is qualified in the area of work he is undertaking.
